About Curtis Olson

Based in Santa Ana, California, Curtis Olson joined the Nexus Development Corporation in 1981 and now leads the company as the chairman, chief executive officer, and principal investor. As the sole owner of Nexus Development, Curtis Olson is tasked with the continued expansion of real estate transactions throughout Orange County, focusing on commercial real estate opportunities.

His portfolio at Nexus Development includes Vivante Senior Living, an award-winning senior care home in Newport Beach. Mr. Olson previously gained experience as a commercial broker at Grubb and Ellis, also in Newport Beach.

Curtis Olson studied business at the University of California in Los Angeles, earning a bachelor of arts. In addition to his work at Nexus Development, he is a member of several Orange County community organizations, including the Newport Harbor Yacht Club and the Bel-Air Country Club. His interests range from golfing to surfing and kite surfing off the coasts of California and Mexico.
